This Week's Connections

Hello everyone!  I wanted to give you some things to look at that might help you with our studies this week.

Ecosystems: A Fun Project
We talked about ecosystems last week, and I found a fun project that you might want to try at home with your families!  You can make your own ecosystem in a thing called a "terrarium."   The website below gives instructions on how to make your own terrarium and take care of it.

Conservation
We will also begin talking about conservation this week as well, and will continue talking about it throughout the year.  You can begin learning about ways to help our Earth at this website:

This site has both a lot of information and some fun recycling projects you can try at home with your families!

Native Americans
We started talking about Native Americans last week.  At the site below are several online games and activities that relate to Native Americans.  Have fun and see if you can connect the games to things we talk about in class!
