Hello, everyone! Hope you've been having a good week.
As you probably know, we have started a new math topic recently: long division! I know that many of you (maybe parents included!) find long division very challenging. However, you CAN master it! Once you do, you will have the power to do so many other things in math. Hang in there! You will all be masters in time, and I am here to help!
In the meantime, I would like to point out a website that can help you with long division. It has a great lesson on long division that you should check out first. Also, there is the "number monster," which is an endless chain of practice problems.

Try working on this at home each night with your families. Speaking of families--families should check out the "parents" section at the top of the page. There are a lot of resources here that you can use with your children to practice and enjoy math!
We will continue to work on long division for some time. If you are having any trouble with it, please let me know! Ask questions in class, or see me when you have time. That invitation is open to you, too, families! Again, we can do this together!
